Why focus on 90 days?
The long game
Not for a week.
Time to find your own rhythm.
A week may be enough to get motivated. But it takes longer to find out whether training fits real life: busy workweeks, trips, tired days and times when other people or priorities need your attention.
A 90-day focus gives you time to work on a habit of regular activity and learn how training fits into your everyday life — even when plans change. It is long enough to explore your rhythm.
A 90-day focus does not mean training every day
The aim is to build a routine, not stay active every day without breaks. Rest is a valid choice. If you fall out of rhythm, you do not need to make up missed workouts. You can return at the next realistic opportunity.
What can you explore during this time?
First, notice what most often changes your plan during an ordinary week. Then explore how much activity is realistic on a given day. The A/B/C/D approach describes these options but does not prescribe exercises or a single training frequency. The goal is to understand your rhythm better, not to guarantee a specific result.
The app is not limited to 90 days. You can use it for less than 90 days or keep going for longer. The FitFlexio approach is designed to help you build a rhythm of your own.
